Letter from the District Youth President
Here is a letter from Pastor Tony Bohrer, Colorado District Youth President
Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus
Brethren of the Colorado District I pray and hope this letter finds you and your family enjoying the blessing of the Lord.
I thank God everyday for men in this district that young preachers can look up to and know that consistency is how you build a
church and a district.
It is that time again and we are kicking off SFC 2011, the youth board and I are praying for a great year and our goal for the
district is 32,000 dollars. Offering date is September 11th,
2011. I believe with God’s help and if we all work together we can reach
that goal not just some of us but with all of us. We are trying to get 100% cooperation in the District meaning if you only
have $25 to send please send it, I believe there is power in unity and if we can get
100% cooperation your offering is going to
be multiplied by the spirit of unity. Remember that 40% of that stays here in the district. I want to thank you for all your
hard work and I know sometimes it doesn’t feel like there are enough hours in the day to reach all these goals but that is why
we need to work together and help each other.
We are starting something this year we that we have never done before, a Pastor Incentive Program. We are really excited
about this program because we want you to be blessed for your giving. We cannot do this without you and your church.

I also want to let you know what we have planned for the youth during the remainder of the year. We are having our first annual
Hyphen/Youth Workers May 20th, 21st. At Family Camp we will have a Youth Social Friday night of Family Camp. There will be a
Talent Show, Pizza, Soda and lots of fellowship. July 11th-14th we are having our annual Youth Camp.
Don’t forget to mark your calendars for North America Youth Congress August 3rd-5th in Columbus OH. This will be an event to
remember. 20,000 young people gathered together to worship the Lord. Anything can happen in this kind of atmosphere.
