Letter From The Sunday School Director
Dear Colorado Pastors
Greetings from your Sunday School department.
I want to thank you for your
generous
SOC
offering and prayerful support in 2011. I believe that we are more
than just a team, we are Brethren; united by a common cause facing a common
enemy and covered by the blood of Jesus.
We are excited about 2012 and looking
forward to
Junior Camp
and CPR rallies in each section.
Due to the fact that we
cannot use Ponderosa Camp this year we are going to have Junior Camp at
Campmeeting. The services will coincide with Campmeeting services and there will be no
daytime activities between services.
Junior Camp
will start Thursday morning
June 14th and end Friday night June 15th.
Cost – Early registration $30 per
camper, the deadline is May 26th. Late registration will be $40 and for all
unregistered attendees the cost is $15 per service. These costs are per child
with no discounts for additional family members.
Ages 5-12, because of the
activities that are going on, no one under the age of 5 will be allowed. All
campers whose parents are onsite will not need to fill out the medical
information on the registration form, however if the parents are not onsite we
will need it filled out and all contact information updated. We will need to
know who will be responsible for picking them up after each service.
Pastors, if
you have anyone over the age of 18 in good standing, full of the Holy Ghost that
likes to work with children please e-mail or call me with their contact
information. We will need workers each service to help with the activities and
in the altar.
It will not be “Kids' Kamp” but Junior Camp. Our speaker will be
Bro. “Shoutin” Shannon Peacock from the Louisiana district.
God Bless you is our
prayer, “Let’s have Sunday School”.
