The Shaws (originally from Kansas City, Missouri) were Home Missionaries in Los Angeles, California before moving to Denver in 2005
when
Brother Shaw was elected pastor of Denver's
House of Worship United Pentecostal Church.
His wife is Kathy Shaw, and they are the happy parents of two sons. He was elected District Secretary-Treasurer,
in May 2009.

District Secretary
I am thrilled with the opportunity to serve the Colorado District of the
United Pentecostal Church as your new District Secretary-Treasurer. Please pray for me as I embark on a new journey of
servanthood that I might be blessed of the Lord to serve well.
I am humbled to think about how I could be a blessing to each member of our wonderful District. I strongly believe in our Doctrine,
our Cause, our Mission, our Fellowship, and our shared Vision for the Future!! I really believe that every pastor, every minister,
every congregation, and every saint of God are equally valuable and vitally important to our success. I will strive to always
remember that we must value each and every one.
I will endeavor to be very diligent with the financial matters of our District.
I realize that it is a great responsibility that has been placed into my trust. I wish to thank Pastor Edward E. Cantu for not
only his years of service to the District, but also for his awesome help to me during the transition. He has gone above and beyond
to be available, informative, and helpful. I am thankful that He will continue to be a valuable leader in the District and part of
the "team."
I wish to make myself available to all the ministers for whatever they need. I also wish to respond
quickly to any needs that our Departmental Leaders may have for information in order to operate their portion of ministry for
the Lord.

Pastor Shaw is the pastor of Denver's House of Worship United
Pentecostal Church located in central Denver. He is married to Kathy Shaw and they are blessed to have two young sons,
Kenan and Kylan.
